Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Dynasty Premium (operated by Neelshi Gourmets Private Limited, Indore, Madhya Pradesh), we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality dairy products. Because our products are perishable in nature, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Here is how cancellations work:
- One-time orders: Can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been dispatched. Please contact us via WhatsApp or phone immediately.
- Subscription plans: You may pause or cancel your subscription by notifying us at least 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery. Cancellations requested after that will take effect from the following cycle.
- Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- The product delivered was damaged, spoiled, or tampered with.
- An incorrect product was delivered (wrong item or wrong quantity).
- Your order was not delivered and no attempt was made to contact you.
Refund requests must be raised within 12 hours of delivery with supporting photo or video evidence shared via WhatsApp to +91 84629 24230.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The product was delivered in good condition but you changed your mind.
- Failed delivery due to an incorrect address provided by you.
- Non-availability at the delivery address after our delivery partner attempted contact.
- Refund request raised after 12 hours of delivery.
- Products that have been partially consumed.
4. Refund Process
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For UPI payments, refunds may reflect within 1–3 business days.
- Alternatively, at your preference, we can issue a store credit for your next order.
5. Subscription Plan Refunds
- If you prepaid for a subscription and wish to cancel mid-cycle, we will refund the pro-rated amount for the remaining unused days, minus any applicable delivery charges already incurred.
- No refund is available for subscription periods that have already been delivered.
