Dynasty Premium delivers fresh dairy products directly from our facility to your doorstep. Since our products are perishable, we maintain strict delivery timelines to ensure you always receive the freshest product possible.
1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to:
- Indore city — All major areas and localities
- Nearby regions — Select areas within 30 km of Indore

We are working on expanding our delivery coverage. If you are outside our current delivery zone, reach out to us — we will try our best to accommodate you.
2. Delivery Charges

3. Delivery Timelines
- Orders placed before 10:00 AM are typically delivered the same day.
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM are delivered the next morning.
- Subscription plan deliveries are made as per your agreed schedule (morning slot: 7 AM – 10 AM).
- Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, festivals, or extreme weather conditions.
4. Packaging
All products are packed in food-safe, hygienic packaging to maintain freshness. Ghee is sealed in airtight glass jars. Curd and paneer are packed in clean sealed containers.
- We do not use single-use plastic wherever avoidable.
- Packaging may vary slightly based on order size and product type.
5. Failed or Missed Deliveries
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you on the registered number.
- If delivery cannot be completed after one attempt, we will reschedule for the next available slot.
- Since our products are perishable, items that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or non-availability will not be eligible for refund.
6. Out-of-Stock Items
In the rare event that an ordered product is out of stock, we will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to offer a replacement or a full refund.
