Dynasty Premium is a fresh dairy brand offering products including ghee, curd, paneer, and subscription-based dairy plans. All products are manufactured and dispatched from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are providing accurate and complete information for delivery and payment.
• You are accessing the website for lawful purposes only.

3. Products & Orders

• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.
• Product images on the website are for illustration purposes. Actual packaging may vary slightly.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the one displayed at the time of checkout.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Dynasty Premium does not store any payment card information. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the total order amount including delivery charges.

5. Subscription Plans

• Subscription plans (30-day, 60-day, 90-day) are prepaid and non-transferable.
• Deliveries are made as per the agreed schedule (morning slot: 7 AM – 10 AM).
• We reserve the right to pause or modify subscription schedules during public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice where possible.

6. Delivery

Delivery is subject to the terms outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Perishable Nature of Products

Our products are fresh and perishable. You are responsible for storing them appropriately upon receipt. We are not liable for any spoilage resulting from improper storage after delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Dynasty Premium name, logo, product descriptions, photographs, and design — is the property of Neelshi Gourmets Private Limited. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dynasty Premium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
